Other Abstract燃煤电厂SCR脱硝装置引入了还原剂和脱硝催化剂,对锅炉系统运行和环境安全造成了一定的负面影响。结合运行实例分析了因SCR脱硝装置的投运造成锅炉烟气系统阻力增加,导致引风机能耗上升、空气预热器冷端硫酸氢铵(NH4HSO4)堵塞等新问题,对此提出了有效易行的应对措施。通过计算结果表明:投运SCR脱硝装置的环境影响负荷显著低于未经脱硝直接排人大气的环境影响负荷,但是应控制脱硝出口氨逃逸浓度在低水平,同时对脱硝催化剂进行寿命管理。给出了通过再生技术与回收有价元素,综合处置废弃催化剂以防止二次污染的解决思路。
