Other Abstract	本文讨论汽轮机断叶片失重的各种平衡方法，着重论证静态补重动态平衡的无损快速平衡法。此方法不局限于末级断叶片在自身单一的平衡面上补重，还通用于其他级断叶片在前后两个平衡面上补重。先以静态补重为基础平衡，再以动态平衡作补充，使平衡效果逐次提到理想状态。对没有平衡台的现场特别适用。本文还列举实例进行验证，以解除使用者承担风险的心理负担。
