Other Abstract通过在颗粒硅带(SSP--Silicon Sheet from Powder)衬底上进行外延多晶硅薄膜、发射区扩散、掩膜法制作上下电极等工艺,制备了以颗粒硅带为衬底的多晶硅薄膜(poly-CsiTF)太阳电池,所制得电池的最高转换效率达到6.05﹪(电池面积1cm<'2>).通过对电池性能参数的测量、分析,讨论了颗粒硅带制备工艺以及外延层质量等因素对太阳电池性能原影响.
