| Other Abstract | 一种气量可调式气控送粉装置，属于一种气力送粉装置。其结构包括气控送粉装置的壳体、气体喷射装置和正对气体喷射装置的物料扩散器。其气体喷射装置由筒体、封套、弹性部件、可移动导杆、喷嘴和压缩空气进气管组成，本装置通过调节压缩空气的压力，可以调节可移动导杆的杆头与喷嘴之间的空隙，进而控制通过喷嘴的压缩空气量，找到最佳的工作参数。本装置结构简单，其粉料控制功能和输送功能只需本气控式气力送粉装置单独就可以完成，能使物料下料量和喷射器最大输送量之间保持一致，给粉连续，运行费用低，符合工业长期运行的要求。 |
