AbstractBeoause the natural conveotion is suppressed and the film has high transmlttance, the Flat-Plate solar collector with V-Corrugated transparent film has a high performance over the Flat-Plate collector without V-corrugated film in themmedium temperature range. In order to understand the heat transfer mechnism; the numorical caloulation and experiment investigation have been used to study the natural couvectionhheat transfer problem in the enclosed space between the glass cover and the absorber plate in this kind of solar collector. The numerical resutls compare well with the experimental results. In addition, the ray-traoing methed has been used to study the transmittance of the cover combined with a V-Corrugated transparent film. This paper provides a profound and wild knowledge about the heat transfer mechanism in the V-Corragated collector and gives some consideration for choosing sizes of the V-Corrugated film.
Other Abstract带V形隔热膜平板集热器,由于自然对流受到抑制。且膜的阳光透过性很好,故具有中温集热性能比普通平板集热器优越的特点。为了更深入了解其传热性能,本文采用理论计算和实验研究两种方法。对集热器中盖板和吸热板所组成的封闭空间内自然对流换热问题进行了研究。数值求解所得出的结论,与实验所得结论基本符合。此外,对加了V形膜后盖板透过率变化规律,采用光线追踪法进行了数值模拟。从而使我们对V形膜集热器的传热机理认识更为深刻和全面,为V形膜几何尺寸选择,提供了一定的理论依据。
