基于COMSOL的果糖脱水传热传质数值模拟

Abstract利用COMSOL软件对果糖脱水反应中的多孔介质催化剂层在9 μm×9 μm尺度下通过分形理论建模,模拟转化过程中放热化学反应与多组分流动耦合传热传质的协同作用。结果表明:该体系中易结焦区域为大块催化剂颗粒后方以及进出口温差约为0.056 ℃/cm~2。同时采用多组进口流速、孔隙率、催化剂形状探究该体系中流场与温度场、浓度场的协同作用。结果表明:流场与温度场和浓度场存在协同作用,具体体现在低孔隙率和方形催化剂条件下出口生成物浓度更高;随着流速的增大,进出口温差先增后减,这是体系从扩散为主转化为对流控制导致的结果。
