基于电- 热耦合模型的锂离子电池热特性与优化

Abstract通过微元电池等效电路的方法,建立分层结构的电-热耦合模型,得到锂离子动力电池的温度分布及电-热变化特性。基于电-热耦合模型,分析软包电池容量变化对温度梯度的影响,并对极耳进行优化。只通过层叠的方式增加电池容量时,电池容量增加到1倍,最大温升几乎增加0. 5倍,会增加热管理的难度。通过单独强化极耳换热的方法,可在一定程度上降低最高温度。通过改变极耳位置,可降低动力电池(尤其是大容量电池)的最高温度。
