组合型抑制剂对天然气水合物生成过程的影响

Abstract在高压搅拌式定容反应釜中研究了低剂量组合型抑制剂GHCl2(聚乙烯吡略烷酮(PVP)、聚醚胺、乙二醇丁醚按质量比1:1:1组合而成)对天然气水合物生成过程的影响,并与动力学抑制剂PVP进行了比较;同时考察了GHCl2含量和过冷度对其抑制效果的影响,并对GHCl2的抑制机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,添加质量分数0.50%的GHCl2和PVP后,水合物生成的抑制时间分别为8800min和1100min,GHCl2的抑制效果明显优于PVP。在GHCl2质量分数为0.20%-2.00%时,抑制效果随GHCl2含量的增加呈先增强后减弱的趋势,GHCl2质量分数为0.75%时,抑制效果最好;过冷度越大,水合物生成的抑制时间越短。
