渗透汽化膜分离与油酸甲酯化耦合实验研究

Abstract制备两种不同厚度的PVA-PAA/AN-PVA无纺布膜,对其进行SEM表征,并比较两种膜对渗透汽化耦合油酸甲酯化转化率的影响。结果表明,膜通量是影响转化率的重要因素。与不用渗透汽化膜分离的油酸甲酯化对照实验相比,耦合渗透汽化膜分离可同时提高反应速率及转化率。在相同条件下,探讨温度、醇油物质的量之比、膜性能对转化率的影响。
