热改性对酸活化低品位凹凸棒石的影响

Abstract通过热重、X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱、透射电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱等综合分析,研究了酸活化低品位凹凸棒石在热处理过程中脱水作用与组成、结构、形貌变化之间的关系。结果表明,随着焙烧温度的提高,酸活化低品位凹凸棒石中的吸附水、结晶水和结构水依次脱出,凹凸棒石的表观白度下降,主要氧化物SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、MgO含量变化不大,焙烧温度高于600℃时,酸活化低品位凹凸棒石的孔道坍塌,晶体结构遭到破坏。
