脉冲热管中的热力型脉动现象及实验测量

Abstract分析了脉冲热管产生热力型脉动的原因,采用高速动态数据采集系统,以FC-72,乙醇及去离子水为工作介质测量了脉冲热管的热力型脉动曲线,获得了脉动周期、脉动幅度等.实验发现由于FC-72具有较小的表面张力及汽化潜热,具有较短的脉动周期及较小的脉动幅度.而以水为工质的热力型脉动曲线极不规则,脉冲热管在低功率下存在时而停滞,时而脉动的现象.建议在低功率下采用FC-72和乙醇,而在高功率下采用水.为未来脉冲热管的数值模拟提供了可以定量比较的数据,同时为其设计、制造和运行提供了科学依据.
