热处理温度对SrBi_2O_4可见光光催化活性的影响

Abstract以硝酸盐为原料、柠檬酸为阻隔剂、EDTA为络合剂经溶胶.凝胶法制备SrBi2O4,并主要考察热处理温度对SrBi2O4晶体结构、光吸收性能以及可见光光催化活性等性能的影响。采用X射线粉末衍射仪、紫外可见分光光度计、电化学工作站、比表面测定仪、差热.热重联用仪对SrBi2O4粉体的物理化学性质进行了表征,通过亚甲基兰在可见光光照下的光催化降解来表征其可见光催化活性。结果表明:SrBi2O4的吸收带边位于可见光区域,且随热处理温度升高而红移;其可见光活性随热处理温度升高而增大。800℃下热处理的SrBi2O4晶体结构较完整,光生载流子得到较好的分离,表现出较好的可见光活性。
