陶瓷梭式窑上连续式蓄热燃烧技术的应用研究

Abstract将连续式蓄热燃烧系统应用在陶瓷梭式窑上进行实验测试,验证了系统对陶瓷梭式窑的产品烧成质量影响较小,燃烧气氛可控制。通过连续式蓄热燃烧系统在不同换向时间下的运行测试,得出在最佳换向时间下,系统能够达到最大的温度效率。测试陶瓷梭式窑升温阶段连续式蓄热燃烧系统的节能量,得出连续式蓄热燃烧系统能够将助燃空气预热到较高的温度,高温烟气余热回收充分,陶瓷梭式窑的节能效果明显。
