预处理方式对多年生王草厌氧消化性能的影响

Abstract为提高多年生禾本科原料的产气量及产气效率,以华南地区多年生王草为原料,采用批式中温厌氧消化试验,研究了蒸汽加热、超声波和冻融处理对原料厌氧发酵性能的影响,并采用修正Gompertz方程对累积产气量进行拟合分析。结果显示,经过预处理后原料的结晶度明显降低,其中蒸汽加热预处理的结晶度从4.73降至3.29。预处理后产气量明显提高,其中蒸汽加热的产气率为每克挥发性固体产气581.05mL,相对于未处理的原料提高63%。经预处理后王草延滞期分别为1.7、1.8和0.5d,其相对于未经预处理的原料(5.9d)相比明显减少。预处理可明显提高多年生王草的厌氧发酵性能。
