勃姆石热转化过程的原位表征与分析

Abstract基于溶胶-凝胶工艺制备勃姆石,采用同步热分析技术并结合N2吸附-脱附技术分析其热物理化学变化行为,运用原位变温X射线衍射技术表征其热转化过程中的相变。结果表明:勃姆石在热作用下,首先失去物理吸附水,随着温度升高,210℃开始失去化学吸附水,310℃后逐步发生脱羟基失水反应,在此过程中随着水分的逐渐失去,其BET比表面积和孔径逐渐增大;400℃由正交晶系变为立方晶系γ-A12O3,900℃之后部分T-A12O3转变为四方晶系d-A12O3,1060℃开始转变为单斜晶系θ-A12O3,1200℃时样品基本转变为斜方六面体晶系α-A12O3。
