Abstract	纳米靶向材料作为基因药物载体，是一种新型的可控释体系，由于其具有超微体积，能穿过组织间隙被组织细胞吸收，还可通过人体最小的毛细血管进入体内，同时由于其结构的特异性，对组织细胞有靶向作用，因而具有广阔的应用前景。着重论述了纳米高分子及纳米无机材料在基因治疗中的研究进展，并对其在基因治疗中的应用前景提出展望。
