高氯酸掺杂聚苯胺对电容器性能的影响

Abstract以苯胺为主要原料,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,利用高氯酸和四氯化碳的两相界面,通过界面聚合法合成高氯酸掺杂聚苯胺。以所合成的聚苯胺为活性物质制备电极,以活性炭材料为对电极,1mol/LH2804溶液为电解液,分别组装对称及非对称电容器PAN-PAN、AC_PAN及ADAC,并采用·巨流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗技术研究了它们的电化学性能。结果显示,聚苯胺材料作正极材料时,140mA/g充放电电流密度下材料的比电容达270F/g,循环性能良好;聚苯胺材料作负极材料时,电容器在高电压范围的可逆性变差,容量变小。研究表明,高氯酸掺杂聚苯胺是一种很有发展前景的超级电容器正极材料。
