Ag-Al_2O_3太阳能选择性吸收涂层的研制

Abstract用Ag-Al2O3金属陶瓷作为吸收层材料,采用磁控溅射镀膜方法,制备出选择吸收性能优异的太阳能选择性吸收涂层。制备不同填充因子的单层Ag-Al2O3复合膜。光谱测试结果表明:薄膜具有表面等离子体共振(SPR)特征吸收峰,对太阳光谱的吸收能力在一定范围内随填充因子的增大而增强。通过不同的膜系制备参数,分析高掺杂层厚度及填充因子对涂层光谱特性的影响。结果表明,厚度的增加使反射光谱第一干涉极小点红移,填充因子的增大会削弱干涉效应,使干涉峰或干涉谷变平坦甚至消失。
