我国低碳技术的现状、问题与发展模式研究

Abstract在对我国低碳技术进行分类分析的基础上,提炼出三大问题:产业发展超前压缩了技术创新空间、低碳技术系统性发展差和成本和信息障碍。有针对性的提出四条建议:(1)调整扶持政策,扩大技术创新空间;(2)加强配套和共生技术的发展;(3)多角度辨识低碳技术,科学设计发展路径;(4)优选低碳技术发展的切入点。
