高温液态水预处理园林废弃物提高酶解率

Abstract为探寻园林废弃物的能源化再利用潜力,以红花羊蹄甲树枝和台湾草废弃物为原料,采用高温液态水预处理方法进行工艺优化研究,以提高其酶解率。结果表明:红花羊蹄甲树枝的最优P因子为1233,台湾草废弃物的最优P因子为153,此时总木糖收率分别为85.48%和68.40%,总糖收率分别达到87.84%和86.31%,72 h酶解率分别由原料的43.99%和55.94%提高到81.25%和87.27%,其中台湾草废弃物比红花羊蹄甲树枝在预处理前后都更易酶解。高温液态水预处理过程脱除了大量半纤维和部分木质素,显著改变了物料表面平整结构,增大了比表面积和纤维素结晶指数,这些变化有助于后续酶解。
