Abstract	为达到玻璃表面防雾的目的，制备了TiO2光催化剂薄膜，探讨了掺杂金属离子对薄膜防雾性能的影响，结果表明，掺杂金属离子后TiO2薄膜的防雾性能有所提高，其中Cr^6+/TiO2薄膜的防雾性能较La^3+/TiO2薄膜更优。
