甘蔗汁发酵生产丙酮丁醇的研究

Abstract选取8株Clostridium acetobutylicum对甘蔗汁的丙酮丁醇发酵能力进行了研究,筛选出1株丙酮丁醇产量较高的菌株(C.acetobutylicura 810705),比较了添加玉米、木薯和无机盐对该菌株发酵甘蔗汁为丙酮丁醇的影响,对甘蔗汁的发酵条件进行了正交实验,并对将甘蔗汁转化为丙酮丁醇的过程进行了初步研究。结果表明:C.ocetobutylicum 810705转化甘蔗汁生产丙酮丁醇的能力较好,其最佳发酵条件为:温度37℃,糖质量浓度7.5%,木薯与糖的比例1:1.5,通氧量为微量的氧。丙酮和丁醇的含量分别达到4.6g·L^-1和15.4g·L^-1,丁醇含量比通常发酵的12g·L^-1提高了28%,相应的蒸馏能耗将大幅度降低。
