多孔介质表面火焰的燃烧特性

Abstract为优化设计基于多孔介质壁面的低热损失微燃烧器,以甲烷/空气预混气为燃料,对多孔介质表面平面火焰形成特性进行实验研究。试验表明:在一定燃料当量比和流量范围内,多孔介质表面能够形成稳定的平面火焰。在燃料当量比小于1时,平面火焰极限范围随当量比增加而增加,过高的预混气流量时会引起平面火焰面不稳定、破裂和火焰厚度增加。形成平面火焰时,随预混气流量和当量比增加,火焰温度升高,火焰高度降低,火焰面更贴近壁面。同当量比下,预混流量越大多孔进气壁面温度越低。该火焰和壁面温度特性适合在微小空间内组织稳定燃烧。
