利用245ghz微波分解管道固体水合物

Abstract针对油气生产输运管线中的水合物堵塞问题,利用2.45GHz微波辐射,分别进行了甲、乙、丙烷混合气及甲烷+甲基环己烷(MCH)水合物体系在竖直圆管中的定容消解实验。微波辐射强度分别为7.98~60.22k W·m^-2及13.65~94.34k W·m^-2,甲烷+MCH水合物体积含量22.1%~55.4%。结果表明:在相近的温度下,微波法相比常规管道加热法所需解堵时间缩短50%以上。高辐射强度下,孔隙液态水可协同微波加快水合物消解,聚集水则可能形成热阻并过热。液态水在多相渗流作用下动态分布,是影响微波作用效果的主要因素。
