稀硫酸催化木屑纤维素水解动力学研究

Abstract以松木木屑为原料,在自制的间歇式水解反应器中,考查稀硫酸催化纤维素水解的反应情况。通过分析酸浓度对纤维素水解的影响规律,以反应物纤维素作为定量标准,建立包含酸浓度影响的动力学方程;通过数值模拟,得到动力学方程中的参数以及酸催化纤维素水解的活化能,动力学方程表示为:- (dC_c)/(dt)=3.68×l0~(10) × H~+~(1.6) ×exp(-(107.1×10~3))/(RT)×C_c(mol/L·s);通过实验检验和统计检验认为,该动力学方程是高度适定的,可准确描述木屑中纤维素的水解规律。
