太阳能制冷用复合吸附剂的制备及性能测试

Abstract为开发出一种适用于太阳能吸附制冷的高性能吸附剂,利用浸泡的方法制作了硅胶/氯化钙复合吸附剂,并对吸附剂的吸附性能进行了实验测试。结果表明:与硅胶相比,复合吸附剂不论是吸附量还是吸附速率都有大幅度提高,在相对湿度20%,吸附20min时,硅胶的吸附量为1.96g/100g吸附剂,而复合吸附剂的吸附量为8.08g/100g吸附剂。用制备的复合吸附剂制作一台小型吸附制冷机并进行测试,当热源温度为90°C,冷却水温度为35°C时,在整个循环周期内(15min),制冷功率为1.03kW,单位质量吸附剂的制冷功率(SCP)为128.3W/kg,COP为0.27,说明复合吸附剂用于太阳能吸附制冷机是可行的。
