喷淋式反应器中甲烷水合反应实验研究

Abstract在1L喷淋式反应器中进行甲烷水合实验研究,考察添加剂十二烷基硫酸钠、乙醇气相压力对喷淋水合过程的影响,得出如下结论:添加剂对水合反应的作用明显,乙醇比十二烷基硫酸钠对水合速率的提高更为显著.0.018mol/L的乙醇溶液的平均进气速率达到0.46V/(V·min),约为0.001mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液10倍;水合反应所要求的气相压力大大降低;与半连续搅拌槽式反应器相比,具有气体操作压力低,水合速率高的优点。
