特殊工况下柱塞泵和液压缸的性能测试

Abstract为了验证轴向柱塞泵和液压缸这2种液压元件在海洋波浪能转换中的适用性,通过试验研究了轴向柱塞泵在极低转速条件下的工作性能,并对液压缸改造为液压泵使用时的工作性能进行了分析.结果表明:轴向柱塞泵在远离设计转速的工况下仍能保持较高的容积效率,并且在较大的压力变化范围内性能稳定;液压缸完全可以改造为液压泵使用,但在较高的运动速度下工作时,需保证液压缸进油顺畅.
