微波水热处理提高玉米芯总糖收率的研究

Abstract借助微波水热法在温度160~200℃、反应时间10~60 min、固液比1∶20~1∶5条件下处理玉米芯,以提高其总糖收率。结果表明:温度与时间是影响微波水热处理的主要因素,在180℃、30 min,固液比1∶8条件下,总糖收率为75.67%,72 h酶解率为82.42%;固体残渣微观结构形貌分析表明,相对于高压釜水热反应,微波水热可显著改变纤维素的结晶度、破坏物料表面结构并增大比表面积,有助于提高残渣的酶解率。
