低黏度硬脂酸钙分散液的制备

Abstract通过改进乳化工艺,以硬脂酸和氢氧化钙为主要原料,采用单因素实验考察了助剂的用量,乳化剂种类、用量及配比,Ca(OH)2与C17H35COOH质量比,反应时间等因素对产品硬脂酸钙分散液性能的影响,尤其对分散液黏度的影响,得到了较优的工艺条件:使用实验室自制的助剂A(质量分数为1.9%),乳化剂质量分数为8%(m(OP-10):m(O-20)=3:1),m(Ca(OH)2):m(C17H35COOH)=1.15:1,90℃下反应1.5h。在上述条件下制得的固含量50%的分散液的黏度较小,仅为59.7mPa·s,分散性为2级。
