生物质燃气中固体颗粒物的临氧燃烧研究

Abstract利用固定床反应器,模拟研究生物质空气气化燃气(BAG)和燃气中固体颗粒物(PBG)在高温陶瓷过滤材料上的临氧燃烧规律。结果表明:当过滤温度为300-450℃且燃气氧含量≤4%,BAG燃气通过洁净的高温过滤介质时,可燃气体组分几乎不发生氧化反应,但同条件下,BAG燃气通过负载有PBG颗粒物的高温过滤介质时,PBG可与O2发生明显的临氧燃烧反应。通过试验分析可知PBG在高温过滤中发生临氧燃烧的合适运行条件为燃气氧含量≤2%,温度为300-450℃。
