Abstract戊糖资源高效利用是提高木质纤维原料生物炼制经济效益的关键途径之一,谷氨酸棒杆菌被广泛用于氨基酸以及核苷酸的工业生产,在细胞生长停滞的状态下仍能大量合成氨基酸,对呋喃、糠醛等抑制物也具有良好的耐受性,通过遗传和代谢工程改造,谷氨酸棒杆菌有望成为理想的木质纤维原料催化转化生产菌株。综述了谷氨酸棒杆菌木糖和阿拉伯糖利用工程菌构建的研究进展和策略,最后提出了今后优化谷氨酸棒杆菌戊糖代谢能力的研究方向。
