栅藻sraciborskiiwzkmt预处理产糖研究

Abstract以栅藻S.raciborskii WZKMT为原料,采取5种预处理方法进行微藻破壁和多糖抽提探究,研究发现以硫酸处理法效果最佳,其最优条件为20g/L底物浓度、140℃、40 min和4%硫酸(w/v)。此外,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析酸处理前后藻体细胞的结构变化。最优条件下,葡萄糖和木糖的收率(质量分数)分别为85.8%和99.7%,葡萄糖和木糖含量可分别高达18.55 g/L和11.17 g/L。
