利用稻壳气化发电厂灰渣制备高纯白炭黑的研究

Abstract以稻壳气化发电厂灰渣为原料,先后通过球磨粉碎、酸处理和高温煅烧工艺制备出高纯白炭黑。采用ICP、XRD、SEM、全自动物理化学吸附仪和激光粒度仪对原料和产品的化学组成、物相、表面形态、结构特征和粒径进行分析,结果表明:稻壳灰中非硅杂原子(K、Na、Ca和Fe等)有促进稻壳灰烧结的作用,金属氧化物含量为8% 的稻壳灰,烧结温度低于700℃ ;无机酸溶煮能除去稻壳灰中97.0%以上的非硅杂原子,经球磨粉碎和HN0_3溶煮的稻壳灰中非硅杂原子除去率达到98.9% ;预处理后稻壳灰比表面积增大,颗粒表面呈现大量微孔,且高温煅烧(860℃)后未出现烧结现象。所制得白炭黑SiO_2含量达99.57%,比表面积为69m~2/g,平均粒径为19μm。
