废碱锰电池焙烧干粉中mn2浸出行为的研究

Abstract研究了废碱性锌锰电池焙烧干粉(BakePowderofSpentAlkalineZincManganeseBattery,简称SLR干粉)在硫酸体系中的酸解行为,分析了硫酸浓度、反应温度、催化剂用量和固液比对SLR干粉中Mn2+浸出率的影响,探讨了在硫酸体系中Mn2+的浸出行为。试验数据表明:硫酸浓度和催化剂用量对反应影响较大,同时得出了最佳的酸解反应条件:硫酸浓度10%、反应温度40℃、催化剂用量2%(体积比)、固液比1:10和反应时间2h。在此条件下Mn2+浸出率达87%以上,为进一步回收利用废碱性锌锰电池提供理论依据。
