预混气温度及多孑l材料特性对多孔介质表面火焰的影响

Abstract为优化设计基于多孔介质壁面的低热损失微燃烧器结构,以甲烷/空气为预混气实验考察了预混气初始温度多孔壁面材料对多孔介质平面火焰形成、燃烧特性的影响.实验表明:在低当量比工况下( 0.8),由于甲烷在多孔板内部消耗,多孔表面火焰温度反而下降.不同材料的多孔板对火焰的影响主要由于导热系数差异引起,而且在火焰温度较低的时候明显.当火焰温度较高时几乎没影响.导热系数越小,多孔介质壁面温度越低
