管状燃烧器中低热值预混气的燃烧特性

Abstract实验研究了低热值CHa/N2/Air预混气在旋流管状燃烧器中的燃烧以及污染物排放特性。固定过量空气系数为1.17,通过调节N2比例得到热值在3.6—5MJ/m3之间的低热值预混气。结果表明,管状火焰半径随预混气热值降低而减小,当热值小于一定值时,燃烧器的燃烧效率急剧下降,烟气中CO含量大量增加,但NOx含量始终很低。
