固体浓度对水分选有机垃圾中温厌氧消化启动的影响

Abstract以水分选城市生活有机垃圾为原料,采用35L厌氧反应器进行中温(30±2)℃批式厌氧消化,考察了反应器总固体浓度(TSr)对厌氧消化启动稳定性及启动性能的影响.结果表明,3种TSr下(16.0%,13.5%和11%)均能实现正常启动,没有挥发性有机酸(VFAs)和氨抑制,也未出现“抑制型稳态”.系统具有自我调节能力,启动后的系统pH值逐渐上升并维持在中性,游离VFAs和游离氨分别稳定在50和6mg/L以下,低于产甲烷抑制浓度.较低的TSr有助于快速启动并缩短厌氧消化周期,3种TSr的厌氧消化分别于32,25和12d达到产气高峰,启动延滞期分别为10.8,5.6和1.9d.
