改性陶瓷管高温净化生物质粗燃气的研究

Abstract采用溶胶凝胶法制备出硅锆复合膜改性的多孔陶瓷纤维除尘管,从而实现了生物质粗燃气中固相杂质的高效分离和较长时间的稳定运行。在100 h的连续高温除尘净化实验中,系统研究了生物质粗燃气中的飞灰、焦油和操作条件对其高温净化效果的影响规律。实验表明,生物质燃气的过滤阻力主要受焦油含量影响,当焦油含量<0.5/m 3 时,在飞灰含量<20 g/m 3 的条件下可稳定运行;当焦油含量>5.0 g/m 3 时,须采用高温N 2 气反吹;当飞灰含量<1.5 g/m 3 时,在较长时间内无需反吹。
