基于多级结构原理的独立微电网控制系统

Abstract在分析当前微电网发展现状的基础上,提出一种基于多级结构原理构建的独立微电网系统,可应用于无大电网覆盖的海岛、沙漠、偏远山区等地区.论述这种系统的网络拓扑结构及其特点,以某海岛为对象,构建了一个三级风/光/柴/蓄兆瓦级独立微电网系统,阐述该多级独立微电网的调度控制策略中关于多级控制方法、能量调度控制流程及多目标协调控制的关键技术,并应用实时监控与数据采集(SCADA)及调配一体化技术,设计了该微电网及其控制系统的总体结构及功能.
