换热器传热能力对有机朗肯循环性能的影响分析

Abstract为了提高低温有机朗肯循环的技术经济性,基于热力学第一和第二定律,建立了系统数学模型,以R1233zd(E)作为循环工质,在蒸发器热负荷恒定和系统净输出功最大的两种约束工况下,分析了蒸发器和冷凝器的传热能力对有机朗肯循环系统的影响。结果表明:适当提高蒸发器和冷凝器的传热能力均能提升有机朗肯循环系统的热力性能;相对而言,蒸发器传热能力的影响更为显著,当蒸发器与冷凝器的传热能力增大2倍时,系统热效率分别升高了约168%和60%。此外,存在最佳的蒸发器和冷凝器传热能力使有机朗肯循环系统的比初始总投资最小。
