生物油气流床气化热力学模拟研究

Abstract基于吉布斯自由能最小化理论,采用ASPEN PLUS软件建立生物油气流床气化模型,分析氧/空气当量系数(ER)、反应压力、汽碳比(S/C)以及气化剂预热温度对气化过程的影响。研究结果表明,生物油气流床氧气气化和空气气化合适的ER分别宜选在0.36及0.49;气化压力为2~4MPa;水蒸气碳比选取0.4比较适合;空气和水蒸气预热温度,分别宜选在1000?1200°C及300°C。此外,生物油重质组分具有与生物油接近的冷煤气效率、燃气热值及有效气产率,因此有很大的利用价值。
