Abstract以镍为活性中心构成水滑石前体,采用共沉淀法制备催化剂Ni4.63Cu1Al1.82Fe0.79、Ni4.65Cu1Co0.92Al1.96Fe0.74和Ni4.59Cu1Mg1.58Al1.96Fe0.70,在氢气气氛下,催化木糖转化制备木糖醇,采用高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)对催化产物进行分析。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、比表面与孔径分析(N2吸附–脱附)、程序升温化学吸附(NH3-TPD,H2-TPR)等技术对催化剂的性质进行表征和分析,探讨了催化剂表面性质与催化反应活性之间存在的潜在关系。结果表明:Co和Mg元素的引入,增大了催化剂的比表面积和吸附量;提高了耗氢量和降低了催化剂的还原温度;提高了催化剂的活性,木糖转化率分别由90.5%提高到95%和95.7%。
Other AbstractCatalysts of Ni4.63Cu1Al1.82Fe0.79,Ni4.65Cu1Co0.92Al1.96Fe0.74and Ni4.59Cu1Mg1.58Al1.96Fe0.70were prepared by a co-precipitation method with active sites of nickel as hydrotalcite precursor.The hydrogenation of xylose into xylitol by the catalysts was carried out under hydrogen atmosphere,and the products were determined by HPLC.The properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,and H2-TPR.The potential relationship between the surface properties of the catalysts and their catalytic activity was investigated.With the doping of Co and Mg,the surface area,adsorption capacity,and hydrogen consumption of the catalysts increased,while the reduction temperature decreased.The catalytic activity of Ni4.65Cu1Co0.92Al1.96Fe0.74and Ni4.59Cu1Mg1.58Al1.96Fe0.70was higher than Ni4.63Cu1Al1.82Fe0.79,the conversion rate of xylose increased from90.5%to95%and95.7%respectively.
