Other Abstract以稻秆和松木为原料,采用恒温热重法对生物质新生半焦与冷态半焦的 CO2气化特性进行了对比研究。通过酸洗脱灰和对脱灰原料添加金属催化剂,分别从半焦结构和催化剂的角度探讨两种半焦气化反应性差异的成因,并采用混合模型进行了动力学分析。结果表明:新生半焦气化反应性明显大于冷态半焦。在冷却再升温过程中,半焦残留的有机官能团发生了进一步的断裂和重组,析出挥发分并生成更稳定的芳香结构;另一方面,半焦中金属催化剂晶型发生变化,金属元素与碳基质形成了更稳定的联接,使其催化活性减弱。新生半焦与冷态半焦气化反应活化能相差不大,
