Other Abstract为了提高水解液中糖浓度,降低后续乙醇蒸馏成本,以低温碱处理的甜高粱渣为底物,研究分批补料糖化工艺对高浓度底物酶解的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对底物结构变化进行分析。结果表明:碱预处理可去除大部分的木质素,使纤维素暴露到表面,增加纤维素酶水解的可及性。甜高梁渣酶解的初始底物浓度为9%(w/v),在酶解8、24、48h后分别补料8%、7%和6%构成四组酶解体系,分批补料水解最高固含量30%,酶用量为9.96FPU/g底物的体系,酶解120h后,葡萄糖和木糖浓度分别达到102.52g
