Other Abstract以深圳建科大楼为例,利用全生命周期法分析建筑中可再生能源集成利用方式及成本效益。研究表明:不同可再生能源的经济性差异较大,而多能集成能充分发挥各自技术优势,实现经济性互补,并获得良好环境效益和社会效益;总效益对总成本的优势在生命周期中后期显现,但其经济性尚需要依赖政策补贴;技术集成涉及领域广、影响大,需要多方面政策支持提高利用水平。
