Other Abstract目的作为空间站制氧装置的PEM水电解器在长时间运行中,阴极的钛集电器、双极板会发生"氢脆"导致接触电阻增大,水电解器能耗升高。为保证水电解器的稳定运行,需要对阴极的钛组件进行表面处理来提高防"氢脆"的能力。方法通过使用热分解法在钛集电器、双极板表面制作了铂防护层,使用等离子溅射法制作了表面覆盖有金薄层的金/钛双极板。结果阴极使用防氢脆处理的组件后,水电解器在1 A/cm^2,80℃下连续运行3500 h后槽电压依然稳定,集电器与双极板均未出现"氢脆"现象。结论采用合适的方法在钛组件表面制作铂、金保护层能够
