Other Abstract简单介绍了同步糖化发酵及其优势,综述了同步糖化发酵工艺近年来在工艺参数、工艺流程及发酵微生物等方面的最新研究进展,着重介绍了耐高温酵母的选育及其在同步糖化发酵制取生物乙醇中的应用,这有可能成为解决同步糖化发酵工艺中酶解和发酵温度不协调问题的最重要途径。
