Other Abstract我国餐厨垃圾产生量与日俱增,催生了许多环境和食品安全问题。将餐厨垃圾无害化处理生产成能源,是一条高效的利用途径,既可以获得清洁能源又能减少污染排放,是目前研究的热点。本文结合我国餐厨垃圾的特点,通过对餐厨垃圾除杂分离预处理、生物柴油绿色生产、高效厌氧发酵等关键技术进行攻关,优化集成油气肥多模块,建立了餐厨垃圾联产生物柴油、生物燃气和生物有机肥的综合利用技术体系,有力地促进了餐厨垃圾资源化利用产业化的发展。
