Other Abstract从三种类型的脱色剂中筛选出酸活化凹凸棒土适用于棉籽油脱色。采用正交实验法,研究了不同酸活化改性凹凸棒土对棉籽油脱色的影响,得到了合适的酸活化条件为硫酸用量80 m L,硫酸浓度9 g/L,活化温度60℃,活化时间2.5 h。同时,选用此酸活化条件下的酸化凹凸棒土,采用单因素法对棉籽油进行脱色工艺研究,得到了最佳脱色工艺条件:脱色温度80℃,脱色时间20 min,脱色剂添加量5%,脱色率达77%以上。
